There are no upcoming downtimes...

GenomeDK will be partially down due to a test of the data center fire protection facilities, which requires data center cooling to be turned off. During the downtime, everything will be up, but jobs will not be allowed to run to minimize load.
Queued jobs overlapping the maintenance window will not start. Running jobs will be re-queued at the start of the maintenance.
During this planned maintenance, we will make the following changes:
We will switch to faster and bigger frontends for all three zones. This means that the frontends will be down. Any processes running on the frontends will be shut down during the switch.
We will update the GenomeDK Desktop solution to a new version with improved copy-paste and the option of launching a desktop session with dedicated resources directly in a job. All desktop sessions will be terminated and must be started again.
This means that the frontends and GenomeDK Desktop will be unavailable for all users, including MOMA VarSeq users. The downtime does not affect any other services such as the queuing system or storage systems.
After the downtime, the test version of the GenomeDK Desktop (that some of you have used to help us test the new version) will no longer be available.
At the start of the maintenance we will close all open connections and shut off access to the cluster for all users.
We're working to identify the problem.
