Faststorage unavailable due to hardware fault

Faststorage was down due to a spurious hardware fault on one of the storage servers. The issue has been resolved now.

Software updates

During this planned maintenance we will perform updates to the GenomeDK Desktop and core services.

This maintenance will not affect the clinical data dump, but it will affect MOMA VarSeq.

At the start of the maintenance we will close all open connections and shut off access to the cluster for all users.

Queued jobs overlapping the maintenance window will not start. Running jobs will be re-queued at the start of the maintenance.

Frontend for open zone is down

The frontend for the open zone is down due to a hardware error. We are moving the frontend to another machine and expect to be back no later than 13.00.
